What Ecodynamics means

The term "ecodynamics" is a neologism derived from the fusion of two concepts:
Eco- from the Greek: οἶκος, oikos, "home" or even "environment" which is the root for both ecology and economics, two disciplines believed to be in antithesis and yet are closely related;
Dynamics (specifically "thermodynamics"), a section of physics that studies and deals with transformations induced by heat and work and from which one cannot ignore.
It is not possible to grow infinitely in a finite world.
